There's a moment, right after Thor is burned. The attention of the agents focuses away from Sarah and to him. She looks at the alleyway and thinks that she could. Slip away from all of this. Board a plane to...India, or something.
That's what someone smarter would do.
Instead, she looks around and grabs the lid of a trashcan and a discarded plunger. It's not a lot, but an agent reaches out at Sarah with a some kind of glove that's giving off blue sparks.
She lets out a yell and chucks the plunger down hard on the agent's hand. The rubber seems to dilute something, and she takes the moment of surprise as on opportunity to kick him (her?) right in the face.
...so that's one down. Out of a whole lot more than one.
